We’re stoked you’re interested in a Revel Surf membership and look forward to seeing you at Revel Surf! As a new park, we are committed to creating an epic membership experience. We’ve listed the key terms and conditions for you so you know what to expect during the first year of opening.

• Membership Terms: Memberships are secured with a non-refundable reservation fee. Memberships are reserved for 12 months, thereafter extended monthly in full month increments. Surf and beach access pricing is guaranteed for the minimum term for members listed on your account at the rates purchased. Rate changes following the initial term will be provided with a minimum of one-month advanced notice. Memberships are able to be cancelled with 30 days’ advance notice and in full month increments. Cancellations are not pro-rated. Members who opt to cancel memberships and desire to sign up again will be placed on the Revel Surf wait list and are required to pay new membership reservation fees if the opportunity to purchase arises.
• Pre - Opening Membership Purchase: Your membership purchase will take effect at the opening of Revel Surf. You will make your membership selections at the time of reservation with an opportunity to adjust your membership selections when you finalize your monthly membership during initial check in at Revel Surf.
• Post - Opening Membership Purchase: Your membership beach access begins with date of purchase. Providing you access to Revel Surf and all membership perks. Monthly purchased surf sessions begin on the first day of the following month. You may immediately book and use additional surf sessions at your member rate.
• Membership Changes:

Upgrades - Subject to approval by Revel Surf, you may choose to upgrade your membership surf session level during its term. Membership adjustments must be done in person at Revel Surf and approved by management. Surf sessions may be upgraded during your membership based on your desire to surf higher level waves. For example, if you selected Level 2 surf, and want to upgrade to Level 3, you may adjust the level, but not the number of sessions. Other membership changes are at the discretion of Revel Surf management depending on membership activity/use and availability.

Downgrades – Subject to approval by Revel Surf, you may choose to downgrade your membership by one monthly surf session, one time during your first 12 months of your membership.

• Membership Freeze: A whole membership may be “frozen” or placed on hold due to verified injury. Membership freeze duration is at the discretion of Revel Surf management based on the member needs.
• Memberships discounts: Memberships discounts do not apply to already discounted items or merchandise
• Memberships Blackout Days: : Beach access and surfing may be limited or excluded during special ticketed events and private surf sessions. Blackout days apply for membership surf sessions and beach access: (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day) Members may purchase and book additional surf sessions on these days to utilize them.
• Ages: Adults are anyone in your family 18 years or older. Teens are 12-17 years old, youths are 5 – 11 years old, with 0 – 4 years as child. Membership rates will adjust based on aging child/ youth/ teen the month following their birthday, moving them into a new age group. Guests 13 years of age or less must be accompanied by an adult. Membership accounts are allowed to have up to 4 adults and 6 youths or teens.
• Access: You are purchasing a limited use membership, providing you access to Revel Surf and purchased surf sessions. Members may have their membership revoked for failure to follow Revel rules, behave in safe manner and maintain themselves properly at Revel Surf. Those who are a nuisance to staff or other patrons may have a membership revoked. Your right to enter the Revel Surf grounds is subject to the code of conduct as published by Revel Surf and your adherence thereto. Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and uplifting environment for all guests of Revel Surf.
• Surf Sessions Availability: Availability is not guaranteed and is a "use it or lose it" each month. Surf sessions cannot be carried over to a subsequent month unless by Revel Surf approval. Certain situations may qualify for a carryover in Revel Surf's sole discretion; for example, a booking late in the month that is cancelled by no fault of the member could be credited for the following month. (mechanical shut down/ severe weather, etc)
• Membership Adjustments / Removal: Revel Surf reserves the right to change and update membership terms as necessary. Significant changes to membership terms will be provided with a minimum of one-months’ notice. Minor changes are updated and will be available to you in your Membership account. Revel Surf reserves the right to cancel or revoke memberships and will provide a minimum of 1 months’ notice. In the event Revel Surf cancels your membership within the first 12 months of your membership, Revel Surf will refund your membership reservation fee as pro-rated over 12 months. For example, if you paid $1000 for your membership reservation fee and Revel Surf cancels your membership on month six, at no fault of your own you would receive a $500 refund. As another example, if Revel Surf cancels your membership 12 months or later after origination, you would not receive any refund.
• Liability Waiver: All members are expected to sign liability waivers on behalf of themselves and their legal dependents to the fullest extent permitted by law. Surfing and beach-going is an amazing experience when done safely; however, there are inherent risks in the activities at Revel Surf.
