SURFING BASICS

Surfing is a full-body, full-minded experience that demands complete attention and clears the mind in a way few other activities can match. Surfing in the lagoon makes the experience of surfing fun to learn without the unpredictability of the ocean. Revel Surf’s coaching academy not only teaches you the fundamentals of surfing, but lays the foundation, setting up continual progress and learning in your surfing journey.

The Revel Surf Academy provides you with the following:

Includes all the gear you need. Surfboards and wetsuits in winter months
Surf Sessions: Whitewater, San O and Malibu surf sessions at discounted rates
Flowstate video footage of your sessions (except whitewater)
In and out of water coaching including video review (except whitewater)

MULTI SESSION SURF EXPERIENCE

5 surf sessions. Including Whitewater, San O, Malibu waves
Surfboard rental, wetsuit (based on time of year/need)
Flowstate Video Footage – Pre surf and post surf coaching review
In water surf coaching during sessions

Small group coaching in an intimate setting with experienced instructors
Progressive experience based on your comfort level
General understanding and basics of reading waves and positioning
Book wave types based on your comfort level
