Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How many people can fit in one cabana?
A: Each cabana will comfortably fit 6 people, and includes 6 beach passes. You are welcome to have up to 10 people in a cabana and additional beach passes can be purchased for $15/each (off-season) OR $35/each (in-season)
Q: Can I book surf sessions with my cabana?
A: Outside of doing a surf lagoon rental, all surf sessions must be booked via our website, www.revelsurf.com. Sessions become available one month in advance.
Q: Are rental boards and wetsuits included with my surf lagoon rental?
A: Rental boards and wetsuits are not included with your surf lagoon rental, however they are available at discounted rates of $15-$30 per board, and $30 per wetsuit
Q: How many people can surf at the same time?
A: For everyone’s safety we can allow up to 10 people in the water at any given time
Q: Can we get in the Surf Lagoon without a surf session?
A: You will have limited access to the Surf Lagoon all day. If there is a surf session in the water, you are welcome to go in the wave pool up to our checkered flags
Q: How/when do I pay?
A: We take a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, then will request final payment on your remaining balance no less than 3-days prior to your event. We require a final guest count no less than 7-days prior to your event
Q: After submitting my 50% deposit, can changes be made to my event?
A: Yes, we take final payment on your remaining balance 3-days prior to your event date. You are welcome to make any changes up until final payment is submitted.
Q: Can we get a refund for cancellation?
A: We make decisions on a case-by-case basis in regard to refunds for cancellations, but we will always try our best for you
Q: Can I rent out the Surf Lagoon and use it as a wave-pool instead of surfing?
A: The Lagoon is yours to use as you please during your rental time. Whether that is surfing, boogie/body boarding, swimming, or enjoying the peace and serenity of listening to waves breaking onto the beach!
Q: Can we do an overnight lock-in?
A: Yes you can! As an added perk, there are no neighborhoods nearby, so we can keep the party going as late as you would like
