Become a Jr Lifeguard
A week-long, hands-on lifeguard training experience for youth ages 12–16. Learn water safety, rescue skills, surf technique, and teamwork in Revel’s wave pool, led by certified lifeguards and instructors. Includes daily coaching, games, and end-of-session awards.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your Jr. Lifeguard gets a full week of training Monday–Friday with certified coaches, plus a rash guard, cap, patch, and swag bag. Each participant receives a beach pass for themselves and one parent on class days, 50% off wetsuit rentals, and a 10% discount code for surf sessions, food & beverage, retail, and rentals during their enrolled month. The week wraps up with awards and certificates to celebrate their achievements.

MINI GUARDS
Mini Guards is the next step in our youth beach-safety pathway, built for kids ages 10–13 who are ready for more challenge, independence, and leadership. Each afternoon follows a steady, parent-friendly routine combining beach games, snack breaks, and focused lifeguard training. Participants practice first-aid basics, learn water-safety strategies, and build introductory surf and rescue skills—all through hands-on lessons and engaging activities. The program encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and growing confidence in a playful, supportive beach environment at Revel Surf.

GUPPY GUARDS
Guppy Guards is a fun, confidence-building beach safety program for children ages 5–9. Each day follows a consistent, parent-friendly routine filled with hands-on lessons, beach games, and creative activities. Kids discover what lifeguards do through hazard hunts, friendly relays, first-aid basics, water-safety games, and beginner surf experiences—plus imaginative fun like sandcastle building and coloring. Every moment is designed to build awareness, teamwork, and self-confidence in a safe, supportive beach environment at Revel Surf.
